This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between JD Nova Corp (“Company”) and the entity or individual (“Client”) engaging with our services. This Agreement outlines the terms under which JD Nova Corp provides its real estate mandate and consulting services. By accessing or using our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

The “Effective Date” is the earlier of (a) the date the Client first engages JD Nova Corp for services through a formal brief, agreement, or request; or (b) the date this Agreement is referenced in a written communication or contract between the parties.

JD Nova Corp reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting to our website or communication via official channels.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Client”
Refers to the individual or business entity that has engaged JD Nova Corp for mandate services, consultancy, or real estate strategy.

1.2 “Mandate Services”
Refers to end-to-end services including but not limited to: brand positioning, market research, sales execution, and project management.

1.3 “Project”
Any real estate development or initiative for which JD Nova Corp is engaged by the Client, regardless of scope or timeline.

1.4 “Proposal”
A documented outline of the services to be provided, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms agreed upon by both parties.

1.5 “Confidential Information”
Any data, documents, insights, or strategies shared between JD Nova Corp and the Client that are marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.

1.6 “User”
Any employee, agent, or representative of the Client interacting with JD Nova Corp or accessing project-related communication or data.

1.7 “Third-Party Services”
Any platforms, tools, consultants, or partners JD Nova Corp may collaborate with to execute services effectively. JD Nova Corp is not liable for third-party terms or actions.
